349 – appearances Salah has made for the Reds so far, a figure that puts him inside the top 50 in the club’s history (47th, to be exact). Of that total, there have been 317 starts, while he has featured in precisely 250 Premier League matches at the club. His most frequent opponents are Manchester City (20 games) and Chelsea (18 games).

211 – is Salah’s incredible goals tally for Liverpool as it stands, after he netted 25 times in all competitions during the last season. The Egyptian sits fifth on the club’s overall top scorers list – having leapfrogged Sir Kenny Dalglish, Robbie Fowler and Steven Gerrard in recent years – and now has Billy Liddell (in fourth place with 228 goals) in his sights.

155 – times the No.11 has found the net for the Reds in the Premier League, which is the most of any player at the club during the era. Salah grabbed possession of that particular record from Fowler (128) in March 2023, with Gerrard (120) and Michael Owen (118) the only other players to achieve a century.

87 – assists Salah has provided to date, including double figures for this metric in six out of seven campaigns at Liverpool. His highest single-season haul came in 2022-23 (16), while the teammate he has most set up is Sadio Mane (17 assists), with Roberto Firmino the next highest (14). Salah’s creativity earned him the Premier League Playmaker award for most assists in 2021-22.

47 – goals in European competition stand Salah out as the club’s all-time leading scorer in that regard, the Egypt international having surpassed Gerrard’s tally of 41. Salah’s collection has largely been netted in the Champions League (42 goals, including the opener in the 2019 final), and he also found the target five times in the Europa League last term.

44 – times Salah scored during his breathtaking debut season with the Reds. That sensational figure is the second-highest in a single campaign for the club, behind only Ian Rush’s total of 47 in 1983-84. Salah is one of only three men to reach 40 goals in a season for Liverpool – Roger Hunt got 42 in 1961-62 and Rush hit 40 in 1986-87.

33 – penalties have been converted by the forward from 40 attempts, with one of those the crucial opening goal in the second minute when the Reds defeated Tottenham Hotspur in the 2019 Champions League final in Madrid. Only four players have scored more penalties for Liverpool: Liddell (34), Phil Neal (38), Jan Molby (42) and Gerrard (47).

14 – goals in 15 meetings with Manchester United make them Salah’s most-scored-against opponents while with the Reds. In fact, no Liverpool player has ever netted more versus United than Salah, who memorably bagged a hat-trick during a sensational 5-0 victory at Old Trafford in October 2021. He has also scored three other doubles against them.

8 – trophies Salah has lifted with the club to date. His first was the Champions League success in 2019, which was followed by the UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, Premier League, Carabao Cup (twice), Emirates FA Cup and FA Community Shield.

6 – minutes and 12 seconds is the record timeframe for a Champions League hat-trick, which Salah delivered during Liverpool’s 7-1 victory at Rangers in October 2022. Introduced as a substitute with 68 on the clock at Ibrox, he struck in minutes 75, 80 and 81 to add another remarkable feat to his repertoire.

4 – times Salah has been voted the Reds’ Standard Chartered Men’s Player of the Season, with supporters recently choosing him as the team’s top performer in a poll for 2023-24. That prize followed up the same honour for the No.11 in 2017-18, 2020-21 and 2021-22.

4 – goals in a single game is a feat Salah achieved during his first season at Anfield, inspiring a 5-0 defeat of Watford on a snowy evening in March 2018. Only three other players have bettered a hat-trick for the Reds in the past 30 years: Fowler and Owen did so twice each, while Luis Suarez grabbed four in a match once during his time at Liverpool.

3 – Premier League Golden Boots have been won by Salah during his time at Anfield so far. He clinched the award outright in his debut campaign on Merseyside with 32 goals. Salah claimed the prize again in 2018-19 alongside Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and teammate Mane, and then for a third time in 2021-22 when he finished level with Son Heung-min on 23 goals.

1 – In May, Salah became the first player in Premier League history to register both 10+ goals and 10+ assists in three consecutive seasons. The Egyptian achieved that record in the last campaign courtesy of his 18 goals and 10 assists during 2023-24, which followed 19 and 12 in 2022-23 and 23 and 13 in 2021-22.
